Accountability Leadership

It is Imperative that ALL Leaders be Accountable, to Model it and Teach it! When we are not, we will Fail!

As mature Christians, we must come to the point that we allow the search and conviction of the Holy Spirit upon our lives to the very core of our souls (2 Cor. 13:5)! And in so doing allow mature others to help us in this call. Once this happens, the result will be more faith and more use to Christ. And far less people falling in sin and failing into and pride. The result for your church will be more focus upon His precepts and increased prayer, which will bring an outpouring of the Spirit and renewal! This will impact your neighborhood and the world in which you live. It all starts with your determination to encompass the faith He has given you and obey! What is stopping you?

God has given us rules not because He is arbitrary, but because the rules...are fixed in His own character....Thus, when we sin we break the law of God...in the direction of destroying what we really are. FRANCIS SCHAEFFER

Let us use our lives for His glory so we point people to Christ with passion, integrity, and consistency!

Understanding and Developing Christian Accountability

What is accountability? It is a check and balance system to protect us from harm from ourselves and others. We do this by being open to what we are thinking and doing so we can receive encouragement and reproof, when needed. Christian accountability is accounting for what...

Why We Need Accountability

We are accountable to God and to one another. We are all fallen creatures; as Christians, we are still fallen, but are saved by His grace.

Accountability Questions

Here are some key Accountability questions you can ask yourself and/or have a mentor ask you.

More here: Character

We as leaders influence a community of Christians who show the world the way of God's truth by modeling His character. What comes from the Christian and the local church will be the image of God the community will see, the model of attributes they perceive God to be. We are the ones who show Christ to a deprived society, one that is confused, and searching for spiritual truth wherever they can find it, that truth in you! For us to do this, we must live in a set of parameters to keep us away from sin. Accountability is the best set of parameters I have found. It keeps us focused and lined up to Christ. Leaders who are not accountable are the ones who fall and give our Lord a bad reputation in the Church and world!
